Draft: for legal review, not yet in force
[For legal review: governing law, jurisdiction, minimum age and any restricted regions.]
1. Who we are
Grave Onchain is an independent project at graveonchain.com. Built on Robinhood Chain. Not affiliated with Robinhood or pons.
2. What the site does
The site reads public onchain data, labels the tokens a wallet holds, lets a wallet's owner record a burial by signing a message, and links to smart contracts you can use from your own wallet. It never holds your tokens or your ETH, never takes custody of anything, and cannot move anything from your wallet.
3. Not advice
Labels are heuristics computed from public onchain data. Not financial advice, not an accusation. Estimates such as P/L and Remains can be wrong or out of date. Nothing on the site tells you to buy, hold or sell anything.
4. Your wallet, your transactions
You sign every message and every transaction yourself, and transactions on a blockchain cannot be undone. Check what you sign. We will never DM you first, and we will never ask for your recovery phrase. Approvals the site asks for are for the exact amount of one action, never unlimited.
5. The token and the Patch
The rules of the Patch are on How the Patch works. Pumpkins depend on onchain balances, and what each one holds is known only when its seal breaks. The token has no promised value, and nothing on the site is a promise of any amount of ETH, dollars or anything else.
[For legal review: whether holding the token to take part in the Patch counts as consideration in the relevant jurisdictions.]
6. Epitaphs
You are responsible for what you write. Epitaphs may not contain links, addresses, profanity or the names of real people, and may not harass or accuse anyone. We may remove any epitaph. Removal deletes its text from the site; the grave, its number and the onchain hash stay, since only the hash is ever written onchain. Takedown requests: @graveonchain on X.
[For legal review: licence to display user epitaphs on cards and share images.]
7. The Gravelist
The full rules are on the Gravelist page. In short: one entry per wallet and per X account; the account must be public, and both posts must stay up until the Gravelist closes. When it closes, the eligible entries with the highest Sorsa Score each win one pumpkin, claimed from Harvest like any other. Entries that break these rules, or come from accounts the bot filter turns away, do not count.
[For legal review: X's rules on paid or incentivised posts, and advertising disclosure rules in some countries, when posts earn tokens.]
8. Use you agree not to make
No attempts to break, overload or scrape the site beyond normal use, no impersonating the project or its team, and no use that breaks the law where you are.
9. No warranty
The site and the contracts are provided as they are. They may have bugs, be unavailable, or change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using them.
[For legal review: limitation of liability wording.]
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of each change will be shown on this page.
